How To Track My Order

  1. Please check your email titled "Shipping Status Updated" and click on the order details to view your tracking number
  2. Copy the logistics order number, then click the blue tracking link: https://www.17track.net/en, you will enter the logistics tracking interface, paste the logistics order number and query.
  3. Enter the logistics tracking page, 

    If the logistics order number starts with 15, please select Xpressbee in the logistics transporter section.
    If the logistics order number starts with 2, please select Delhivery in the logistics transporter section.
